CAPABILITY / SHEET METAL
Sheet metal cut, bent and ready for assembly.
ZINNENBERG coordinates laser-cut, bent and formed sheet metal parts for industrial procurement. From flat profiles to enclosures and brackets, we align materials, bend data and downstream steps — then organise production and delivery into Germany or Europe.
- LaserProfiles & contours
- BendingPanels & housings
- India → EUSourcing to delivery
What this covers
Industrial sheet metal parts based on your drawing or CAD data: laser cutting, bending and related forming. Typical work includes panels, brackets, covers, enclosures and profiles in steel, stainless and aluminium — scoped around thickness, bend requirements, finish and quantity.
Laser cutting
Precise contours from sheet and plate, prepared for bending, welding or fastening.
- Custom profiles from DXF, DWG or STEP cutting data
- Material grade and thickness as specified
- Edge quality aligned with downstream steps
- Nesting and batch size reviewed before quotation
Bending & forming
Press-brake bending for panels, brackets and box-type parts with clear bend allowances.
- Bend angles and radii according to your drawing
- Enclosures, panels, angles and formed brackets
- Sequence and tooling feasibility checked with the partner
- Surface protection considered for finished faces
Downstream coordination
When parts need more than a single cut or bend, we keep the process chain in one hand.
- Deburring, tapping or inserts where required
- Powder coat, anodising or other finishes on request
- Welding of sheet assemblies when specified
- One quotation covering the agreed fabrication route
Typical materials & thicknesses
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Common industrial gauges
- Other grades on request
What to send for a quotation
- Drawing or CAD / flat pattern (PDF, STEP, DXF, DWG)
- Material, thickness and surface requirements
- Bend radii, tolerances and critical faces
- Quantity and target delivery window
- Finishing or documentation needs (if any)
Coordination and delivery
We review technical feasibility with manufacturing partners — primarily in India — and organise transport and import into Germany or Europe under agreed delivery terms. Material certificates and inspection documents can be included when your project requires them.
